Throwback to HL2L when people would go into extreme detail about what rifle they were shooting, what caliber the round was, what the round was made of, what the fucking powder grain was and how it would impact armor.

Y'know if guns are gonna be more common than water, then does that mean gun merchants are only really going to be able to make scratch if they sell higher end rifles?
In an open world like TRP where you could easily get jumped by either a Terminator or a bloodthirsty prick, there's no shame in wanting to have a piece on you.
That doesn't mean things should go full SRP scriptplay, but everything should be a happy medium.
I'd honestly be down for some weapon crew RP. It'd be good for S2RP situations instead of everyone just launching single-man munitions.
Picture an HMG team setting up and going to town with an M2. Or a fireteam bringing up a TOW and blowing a hole in a Skynet airship.
