After a lengthy discussion with my fellow SCL pals, we've decided the following:
Riot to Basic Admin.
Wookie to Basic Admin.

The remaining Trial Admins shall remain as such for a week, at the very least.

okay, some changes to forum moderation....
it seems to me a little silly to not give admins the ability to fully moderate their own sections. considering the technical problems with giving them all community-specific mod boards, we've given all our server admins super moderator. to be clear, admins should not moderate sections which they are not admins of. i don't want to see srp admins moderating the hl2 section for example. what this means is instead of having one global mod team which has more authority than admins in their own sections, we have each admin team moderating their own community.
regarding the non-community areas like general chat, i expect admin teams to work together.
this does make the old mod team somewhat obselete, but this isn't a major change considering most of them were admins anyway. since there isnt really a point to having a seperate mod team anymore, its being removed.
