And if I really need to vindicate myself for whatever reason the CCH-C communal was maybe near 70-80 props, so I hope that early comment about 'being the reason why this was implemented' wasn't directed at me, or anyone in C block as a matter of fact. I'm not worried about people decorating their apartments because as I said, 60 is plenty for that, and to my knowledge most people never even got close to exceeding 150 with their apartment alone.
I'm worried about people who build large RP areas for numerous people and are now stuck with a slim as balls amount of props to work with. I'm worried about people who make hubs, people who care about trying to create detail and immersion in roleplay areas. I'm worried about people that build multiple spaces at once for different groups, even. If you're building for yourself, I understand having a limit at 60, but for others is a worthy cause to have more.
The server's smoothness may dip a little bit when people are allowed to exercise a bit of detail but I think that's a worthy trade-off on a roleplay server. Lamps, stream radio, advanced particle tool are all things we use/have used in the past that can cause some serious, serious performance issues, and we've gotten by simply having admins moderate their usage.
