I've RP'ed with Clavier Midnight before, his RP presented when he tries is very good and I do enjoy his events he makes. The fact is both parties committed a wrong, should any of them be banned? No, perhaps spoken to, or perhaps the two can speak amongst themselves. I would honestly recommend that. So go ahead apologize to each other and get on with your lives. And Ruxandra, Clavier was not even doing anything while on Oxanna I can attest to that, I saw him go AFK in a corner while on that character.

ProjectRandom certainly shouldn't be banned for what would appear to be harassment from FrostbiteCinema and possibly "the bees", who funnily enough were sitting in the same vent channel for quite some time prior and during to this ordeal.

Project is the victim in this but he let his anger take over during the later half of RP and broke some rules.

On another note, it's funny how to can ask someone to leave you alone, Frostbite, but you can't give someone else the common courtesy of leaving them alone when you're clearly there to harass and troll them.
