Using the time of 3 AM as an excuse isn't a good one. People can still roleplay even if there's not an adequate number of players online. If I can roleplay with only 2 people-- one being me and another being Seanchan. You can too.
You've both stooped to the same level, so I'd issue you bans of different lengths. Preferably 1 week for Frostbite for both a terrible performance and a shitty attitude. The others I am not sure of.
