Upon speaking to Adv, it turns out that the chicken came before the egg. Therefore, the chicken is now the SEA.

It turns out the chicken is choosing to murder me first. It says it reason falls in the line of, "wow that was a terrible joke, now get out." It's quite cruel.

We have some bad news. The RDA team was mad at the Chicken over a new policy about hats, rhyming, and BMWs. As a result, we launched a coup and replaced him with this guy named Advantage - you may have heard of him? He's a pretty cool guy I hear. Not afraid of chickens or anything.

I'm so not fixing Dave.

First of all I would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who’s seen me through my time at TnB. I’ve seen things from the bizarre to the epic and had experiences that will probably sit with me for many years to come. I’ve made friends I speak to on a daily basis, and friends who I miss like crazy. But one thing has remained stable through my 4 or so years at TnB; it’s always been there for me. I’m not going to ramble on and say that TnB wouldn’t be the same without my influence, because it probably would and will continue to be. But I like to think I’ve made some form of impact on the community as a whole; positive or negative that’s for your interpretation. I hope that my characters are remembered (again in different lights I’m sure) and as am I as an RDA like the greats before me.

At the end of the day though, it is just a game that we all come on to have fun in and immerse ourselves, and I hope that more people can start to see that. Paragraph long essays of why someone is wrong; why not just put it past us all and continue to do what we all came here for; have fun and role-play.

As a final little message I would like to mention the following people for truly making my experience at TnB all it was (Sorry if I missed your name out and there will be loads, these just popped to mind, it’s quite late!);

Dave, Advantage, Operator, Playerzo, Cole, Panzin, Dashi, Crazedgunman, Darklight, Lancearrow, RILEY FUCKING HAVEN, Basley, Asterisk, Lord Ultimatus, Chris, Anony, Caroline, eatdamuffin, Setzer, Fantomex, Xari, Ansith, Dark_Knight, Sniffles ½, Duke_Pending, Botman, Aftershock, Thor, Stan Olshansky and so many more which I may ask someone to edit this later. <3

Both Spezzy and Hellfang have by far been the most helpful and influential in my decisions, for the better. Plenty of times they've stopped me from making poor choices. In-keeping with the fact that they have been working as my equals, its only fitting that they become that on a more official basis. The three of us hope to make STALKER RP much better than it has been under my sole leadership with visible moves to address all the issues at once through the current and upcomming discussions and more, it should not be long before progress is made on the grand scale. All this is thanks to the pair of them. Thanks guys, you've earnt it.

The only thing I will say is that I remain the primary conduit between the RDA/SEA team and the Administration of SRP so for their sake please, if you have any concerns concerning interactions on that level or stuff that you've noticed being broken on the server (guns not working or items dissapearing from the script) you'd be best off still talking to me. They can however, still assist you with regards to autharisations and other important STALKER RP concerns.

So to summarise, Hellfang and Spezzy to Sub-Community Leader. Congratulations.
 
Playerzo suspended.

What can I say? I'm sick of this community being treated like a business. Infact, even work isn't this bad. You get paid holiday from work, when you take time off of TnB, they try to remove you.

Playerzo was warned earlier today about her persistent actions against Fellow RDA The Last Brethren. This is my original message in the RDA boards.

You have no right to force, or ask another member of the RDA Team to resign. Or Remove them for that matter.

The only people who can make that final judgement, believe it or not, would be me or Dave, and even then it's an ass move.

If you have a problem with another member of the team, talk to them rather than rallying admin support in this way. Whereas quite often Dave and I will stand aside and watch decisions pass with majority support, I know personally I'm not letting you outcast a member of the RDA Team again.

Failure to comply will result in immediate suspension.

Yeah, it's pretty direct. And in some ways, it points out some rather - bad thinking on my behalf? But I'm here to represent the admin team aswell as the playerbase. I've taken a two-week break at the moment because i've needed it. I haven't finished yet, but probably because i'm so damn stressed out about my RDA Team being treated like shit by a fellow member.

Now, i'm going to say this directly.


If you have a problem with an RDA in their position, or any Admin in Any Community Position, then you have to PM it to me or Dave. It's our duty to deal with abusive, or inactive admins. We have neglected this duty, sure, but that doesn't give an RDA the ability to force out another RDA, like what happened last weekend.

Maybe we can strive for a more communicative response here. But, if the consensus is that this decision was completely wrong and I am at fault for it, then I will step down from this community, because I've only tried to help. If this is taking the wrong approach, or you want me gone say now. But, I will never, and I REPEAT Never in my term as SEA allow another RDA to treat someone like this again.

We're all humans outside of this game. And I believe it's only right that we give people the time, to either focus or step down. Maybe I gave Garfy too much leway, that mistake is in the past, but if there are problems you need to come to me.

I expect a lot of shit to come my way because of this, and I don't think i'm ready to take it. But, what I feel I am doing is for the good of the community. It's your right, as a community member or administrator to speak against it if you find it wrong. As is Playerzo's right. I expect to see a lot of shit come out of the woodwork about previous conversations with her, and my intentions to resign within the next two months. We'll have to see how this ends.

Just to be clear the reason why I supported this is because I dont like the way Playerzo turns this community into a constant political minefield.

I try to keep perspective on things - at the end of the day I am 25 years old and I dont want to spend my life debating and wall-of-texting over theoretical subjects that have been crossed a thousand times before about a GAME.

I fully understand that Zo wants to improve HL2RP, and is going about it how she feels best, and I know that a lot of people appreciate the good work shes been doing - but as I said before - she needs to learn how to do stuff without stepping on other peoples toes.

Ideally this suspension will be a chance for her to calm her attitude down, take a step back, and then come back to the RDA team soon with a less aggressive attitude towards the rest of us.
I am not taking sides on any disagreement between her and Advantage, as far as I am concerned they both have subjects on which they are right and wrong, just like me and any other person. However I would appreciate if certain people could learn when it is nessacary to back down.

In short, if I want Drama, ill watch the Sopranos. An RDAs job should be to dissolve arguments and community conflict, not cause it.

After having a discussion with Blank he will be leaving the TRP administration team, he has recently taken up an executive administration position at another community which leaves him with little time for TnB at the moment. We wish him the best of luck.
