Serious [Pitch] HLNA RR: Experiment 47-D

Former Michigan State University has been renovated, and refitted for scientific research to solutions pending the spike in growth of anti-citizens in the North American Annex. Several solutions have been tested and few have passed, many more are failed in trials and discontinued. But one experiment labeled only '47-D', had gone horribly wrong. In the pursuit of attempting to transform what they could push a human to be, they had accidentally created a super soldier breed. A cold, extremely powerful murderer with no emotions. There is barely any human left, augmentations and freak muscle growth beefing them to an unrecognizable state. Many testings and training have been successful on 47-D, and the soldiers were looking like it was going to be a first in a long breed of super enforcers. Before it stopped responding. Scientists have last indicated that the soldiers were dormant in their cell refusing food, water, and communication. Last transmissions from the facility indicated that he had broken loose from temporary testing containment and is currently roaming the facility. Many casualties have been reported thus far, and all has gone radio silent. It will be up to the Overwatch unit, STINGRAY with assistance from a local caravan of assorted Protection team officers from nearby Subsector 107 to reclaim the facility, put down the super-soldier, and rescue the remaining scientists. Orders are once the threat is gone and the scientists have been rescued, torch the place to the ground, and the remains are to be secured by clean-up crews.

NUMBER ONE THING I WANT TO SAY. (If you feel like you'd like to collaborate, add, criticize or help me out with this event, shoot me a message!) I feel like this would be a fun little event for like 20 people max. If this gets any traction, I'll fill out the roster and ask for sign ups. If it gets more, we can always tweak the ratio. I don't currently have a content pack, I figure we can use everything we have currently, except this map I picked out, and maybe lab clothing. I hella wanna see a black mesa moment where all the OTA after the boss are told to Order 66 everyone associated with the project at which point the scientists scattered throughout the facility, who have been interacting and surviving now have to find either their own ways out past the rogue subjects or choose a more merciful death via pulse munitions. The premise is great but the linear event progression is just standard, considering this would be considered an RR I'd like to see a bit slower pace with more controlled groups to allow it to naturally play out. Also the rebels are a bit of a confusing aspect in that with lapse Union research standards they wouldn't even be necessary in introducing a reason for breaking containment but I'm not with media team so I dunno. Maybe that isn't the formula and I'm asking for a bit too much but regardless it'd be a travesty to not back this concept.

The rebels may have been a cause of said breakout. Should have made it rogue scientists

Hmmmmmmmm, I'd be down 100% , hope that this becomes a thing the STINGRAY would be pretty neat, hope a Wallhammer and Ordinal are present aswell. HMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. Good fucking idea tho. :Friendly:
