YouTube Player Crash Internet Exploer Fix

I believe somebody, I think it was Blank, said something
about changing some settings on Internet Explorer to fix the issue of GMOD crashing whenever somebody used rpa_YouTube.

The thing is that I completely forget what settings they were.

the YouTube player script does tho

It's turning off hardware acceleration, I believe.
