Windows 8 - Limited connection

Apparantly a lot of people have been having this problem with Windows 8.
My internet keeps saying 'limited', which causes it to go really slow and sometimes not even work. I fixed this before my updating the LAN card, but the problem is back and the LAN card option isn't helping.

Any help?

I know it's a problem with Windows 8, I've been having issues ever since I got the fucking thing.
I can't even go back to Windows 7.

I had a similiar issue until I updated the drivers for my wireless card. Are you sure you have the right ones?

Yeah, I read up about how it was partly the Microsoft wireless card drivers so I switched to the manufacturer drivers.
My internet is fine atm, but I want to be sure this doesn't happen again.

Buy a new comp for me then, Bounty.
