Walking sounds

my walking sounds on every character i go to (and the sounds for everyone around me) sounds like the cota sprinting sound
it's REALLY irritating
already uninstalled nonessential addons and validated files

not sure what's causing it

I don't have any soundscapes anymore.

There's also a different item spawn sound and the toolgun is silent.
