Vent music bot, static?

Title says it, my music bot is giving a huge amount of static for some reason.

Have you checked the output quality of the actual channel your trying to stream in?

if possible for you, get another computer near by to listen to your output and touch dials until you hear a difference

No idea what you mean by that bottom thing. :l As long as I don't go above 20 volume its reasonble, but odd regardlesss.
