[TRP] Shitty Red Text Error Spam In Console

In TRP, there seems to be a collection of sound files I'm missing that are in common enough use by the server to spam my console with red death:

This one is spammed the most, and constantly:
Failed to load sound "blackout\black_eas.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository

This one is the second most often:
Failed to load sound "buttons\button13.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository

This is the third most common, only happens when someone fires a certain plasma swaep0n:
Failed to load sound "iforgetthedirectoryname\plasma.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository

Things to note:
I do now and always have kept the most up to date (and available) megapack versions downloaded and installed. Infact, I redownloaded all of the megapacks just to be double sure there was no error (yes I know only part 3 has sound files).
I searched the entire support sub forum and did not see anything referring to this problem (if I simply missed it, and it does in fact contain the fix, link me and lock the thread).
It is completely within my capability to create a ghost .mp3 and just dealwithit.jpg.

The first one can be fixed by downloading a fix posted in the map thread for redemption, but the link seems to have expired.

The second one I can't help you with.

The third is the plasma weapon sounds. I do not know where to locate the originals as they should be downloaded when you first join, however here are some replacement ones I made based off of the HALO weapons sounds: Download

If you don't care about the sound, just put empty mp3/wav with mp3 ending in there.

Yep, that was my worst case scenario. I just wanted to make sure they were nothing important. Which seems rhetorical in retrospect since the files are not included in the megapacks or BSP's.
