I stopped talking for him a bit because I thought he was just weaseling out of a ban, then I tried to honestly help him.

As you can see, he logged out before I could explain to him how 'not IC' that incident was. There were many spectators and had his 'brother' RP'd that, everyone around would've held him up, made him give it back, and properly punished/executed him. Instead his 'brother' minge-grabbed it and blended in the crowd.
