Toshiba shit

So my friend has a toshiba laptop shit thing. Sexy laptop, great graphics but for some reason I cannot for the life of me find a steam folder. Search won't even show it so I think it's under a different name but I have no clue how to get to it. Any advice?

If it's on 64 system , then Steam / other 32 bit programs/ would be located at C:\Program Files (x86)\

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam for me.

I have a Toshiba as well. My Steam folder is under the same directory as Vismar's.
