I don't know the format for this app, but I've been asking for ToolTrust for quite some time now, I'm honestly getting tired of no-collided props and no toolgun for more detailed homes and scenes. If this doesn't count, please reply/comment the ToolTrust app format, thank you.

From the way he's worded this it seems like he has asked and didn't get a response. It could be that he was denied and he's trying to be shifty about it now, but unfortunately it's equally probable that the admins he asked ignored it entirely.
