Gmod was acting up and had to be updated, then decided it wasn't going to update so I deleted it and reinstalled. When I came back on, the models and everything were working fine but the fistswep, and possibly the items such as the Mp7, USP or Glock are a blaring error. How may I fix this?

If you notice that the files are in your you/gmod/gmod/models/weapons folder, make sure they're also in your COMMON/gmod/gmod/models/weapons folder. I merely copy-pasted my entire models folder from my username to common gmod folders and it fixed my w_fists.mdl errors.
