The tab glitch returns

Hello, so I don't know if i'm the only one who's been getting this problem constantly since HLNA, but it's persisted unto City 13.

Used to be every 30 mins or so, but now it's whenever I log in.

What it does is cause the tab menu to become stuck on your screen and bug out the interface, you cannot move or turn and have to usually relog to fix it, it floods your console with errors too.

Please help, I have tried everything to fix this.

Is there a content pack for this 'new' content or is it the old pack?

Bomb is right, I believe this happens when your content doesn't match up with what is installed on the server.

Basically, for whatever reason the tab menu is dependent on the materials of each character that it parses to display. Missing material content causes it to bug out and get stuck like this.

Unsub from all your content on Gmod, then subscribe just to the new content
Start gmod and run menu_cleanupgmas in console
restart gmod and join server

should work fine after that
