Terminator Roleplay: Short flag applications?

Hello, I've recently been looking around for super admins who could maybe auth me for the short flag, but I've found none. Then when I found Dave on the server, I decided to send a message to him, asking him about the flag, as he told me I make an application on the forums, but I can't seem to find any kind of roster or area to post it? I'm kind of confused too, because other administrators told me that I ask two or more super admins in-game, and when I've reached two auths, I get the flag. So, which one is correct? If you know where to post my application for Short Flag, please share the information with me. Thank you!

There were applications for child characters ran by Milk, however I don't know if he still has the template/does them at all anymore.

why would you want rp_short if you're not roleplaying a child? Just title it then.
