T-posing, and errors?

So a buddy of mine goes to join the server after doing all the auto-downloads and stuff, he's got all the half-life 2 games mounted up, and yet, there's still something wrong. Has anyone else had this issue, if so, how did you fix it?

Delete the old TnB player models.

Also some textures require CS:source
