Stuck on Caves

Jain and I accidentally transitioned to caves while on the new canals map thinking that it went to the city. Could you move our characters back? Mine was Sarah Bates (CID 00000, there's two Sarah Bates in the SQL) and his was named Kris.

If you don't get a reply on here (I'm sure you will, the Devs are usually prompt) I believe Operator (or Jeuz, not sure) helped when my character was stuck in between servers, so you can try to contact him directly if you don't get help on here, but like I said, you will probably get some help on here.
