Mine's not down. I think it's just you. Try restarting your internet, or computer if it doesn't come back. It's obvious your internet is working since your posting, so it's most likely a problem with steam itself. If restarting your computer doesn't work, try deleting your clientblob.bat thing in your steam folder and restart that.

Considering how steam has multiple servers, not only one.. Probably a few are down here and there for maintenance.
