STALKER RP Missing Textures and Models

I've downloaded almost everything I can find for the STALKER RP server and I still have a big red "ERROR" model show up when people equip their hands.
I'm also experiencing a few missing textures on the Dark Dolina map.

I have all the Megapacks
I have the CS:S and EP 2 content.
I downloaded a zip called Stalker Content
I even downloaded the automatic downloads for the Terminator RP server.

Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can fix this?

You probably placed the content in wrong.
