Now this only happens with people who have holstered fists. I think that unholstered are unaffected, mine aren't at least.

You lack the fists model. They aren't in the stalker pack. You can try downloading the HL2RP/TRP pack, or wait a while till I can find the download for them.

The actual solution is to (unfortunately) join trp to download that file. It's not in any of the megapacks.
