Source Film-maker Installation Blues

Howdy, I'm trying to install Source Filmmaker. Unfortunately, every time I try to do so the "Preparing files for installation" screen stays up for five minutes before stopping and reading that my connection has timed out. How can I fix this?

Same happened to me. There's nothing you can do other than to wait.
