Some kind of crashing

So, whenever I'm in SRP (and only SRP), and playing on the Military char (Only my Miltiary char) I seem to get this odd bug or something, that makes my screen go black, then suddenly flash to my desktop. I can hear all the sounds of GMod, and even move around, but all I can see is my desktop, not the game. Help?

This happens to me when I play TF2 and I can't figure out how to fix it.

Try playing windowed noborder mode. (-window -noborder in command line on the game properties)
