Reason for ban: Avoiding RP
Proof: He and two others robbed a character named Shaw, and took his combat sunrise suit. Shaw then put a hit out on him and his friends. My char and Widower went to get them, but the Phoenix mercs had got there first. On the way we met a guy called Damien who had also been mugged. We took him to where the Phoenix mercs were holding the three bandits at gunpoint.
The three of them were spamming LOOC with obvious lies about how they weren't involved (As if we'd take that IC). Widower at this point had been told by Shaw that the bandit who took his suit had a number beginning with 3 on her jacket. Widower identified her, and around this point Solier suicided and D/C'd. Their characters were being held at gunpoint and were about to be executed. I think this comes under avoiding RP, especially seeing as the others were apparently PK'd.

What would you like to see improved: I'm not sure what the punishment for avoidance of RP is here. I'm guessing its a ban of some sort.
