So Apparently my Gmod shits itself.

So, apparently my Garry's Mod decides to shit the bed every time I connect to S1. Once I connect alls fine and well until I look around or use my Scroll wheel to shuffle around the wep menu (the one that allows you to select your shit like the physgun), thats when Gmod decides to shit the bed, Freezes up, and after a while you have to TAB out or CTRL-ALT-DEL to open up the task manager and shut it down from there. Then theres a few times when I can walk around after spawning in-game, I get to do all that neat stuff, and side note: I can't seem to set my char description despite following the little guide on F1. So after walking around the games freezes up yet again.

tl;dr Gmod crashes whenever i try and do anything and I can't play.

You could start by wiping your addons fully, if that doesn't work, do a full content wipe. If that still doesn't fix the problem, you can then reformat your hard drive. If after re-installing it still does that, it's a hardware problem and you should probably look into ordering PC parts.

(This is just the dummy fool-proof way to do things, I'm sure there are other things you can try.)

Ye everything, surprisingly it's only HL2RP thats shitting up, I havent tried SRP. But generally any other server gmod runs smoothly.

I get a lot of lag/freezing whenever I join S1. I just leave it for a while.

If that doesn't work, you might have to install Steam, brah. I used to have shit tons of problems with gmod that could only be solved by a full wipe.
