Is there a SVN for the 3 content packs? I don't want to clusterfuck my Garry's Mod folder with all this stuff when I might not like the server.
Or do the 3 content packs go in addons?

There isn't an SVN for it, you'll have to use the links provided and no it doesn't go in addons. Once downloaded drag it directly into garrysmod/garrysmod and it will ask you to overwrite, click replace and overwrite for all files, don't worry you won't loose anything.
