Hey guys, wondering if anybody could help me find a fix for my issue here. I'm attempting to run the map rp_apocalypse on gmod but every time I do all models (doors, props, npc's, entities) disappear after 5 to 10 minutes in game. Once the models do disappear, I get this message reoccurring over and over again in console: CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range) (65535) . I seem to only have this issue running this map only. Anybody have any fixes I can try?

I own and have activated these games for GMod:
Half-Life 2
Half-Life 2 Episode 1
Half-Life 2 Episode 2
Counter Strike Source
Portal
Counter Strike Global Offensive

EDIT: I have found a fix for ONLY the crashing. At least it works for me. Try increasing graphical settings if anybody is having this issue, though invisible models still seem to happen throughout the map.

FIX: I checked my addons and disabled each addon that altered particles in any way. Specifically an addon called "Special Effects Pack V2" was causing the bug I believe. Disable said addon, restart your game, and boom, fixed.

If HL2 runs the same animation fixes that SRP does (i don't doubt it's been done) then the only remedy I've found is reconnecting to the server or doing record a; stop in console. Iirc it's caused by all the entities & props.

I've tried doing the record a; stop in console, and it doesn't seem to work. In fact sometimes this bug can even lead to crashes to desktop. I'm just really hoping to find a fix for this before the post hl2 rp server launches. I'm at a total loss on what to do here.

I used to have this exact same problem on my old desktop (even when starting the map in singleplayer, like I assume he is) with rp_apocalypse, I don't believe its that but instead something else.

We did some stress testing with all the admins on the map, we never ran in any issues like described. IIRC it's often linked to Particle Emitters on the map. It can be solved with lua. We will see how well HL2 script deals with it when it comes to larger numbers of players.

I think I may have just come across a fix for the crashing. For anybody having this issue, try increasing your graphical settings. Not really sure why but when I checked my video settings most options were on high while the more advanced options were on none or low. I will provide a picture with my current settings, and as weird as it sounds, I'm not coming across any crashes yet still have the invisible models. Hopefully if anybody else has this issue, perhaps this may help a tad.

Already done. When the models disappear this is what reoccurs in console: CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted index range) (65535) Currently all my games are enabled into GMod as listed in the OP :/

Going to repost this with a suggestion it might be your system, I'd reinstalled garry's mod and the map and all that jazz numerous times on my old desktop but never once came across a solution as to why this happened. But it's always worked fine with my laptop, which has (MUCH) better specs.

If it is my system I'm confused as to why? My PC specs are pretty above average I'd say. I can run Battlefield 4 fine, and have never run into any problem like this for any other map. I've tried reinstalling GMod as well as the map and this keeps occurring. I'm seriously at a complete loss as to whats causing the error and why it's not happening on other peoples systems.
