Re-installed GMod. Missing music files, Duty loudspeaker sounds on rp_garbage, etc.

Forgive me for making a help post, I just haven't been able to find it.

Where can I find the general stalker/music pieces? I used to have them, but ever since having to re-install GMod from scratch I have found myself missing them, Duty loudspeakers, and such. I have other sounds like gunfire, but not the other stuff.

Thoughts?

mp3 files aren't supported in the current version of gmod.
