Raging Ping Spikes, but good latenecy?

I was playing SRP and all of a sudden my ping jumped, so I thought that was a little odd.
I reset my modem, and my computer. I then tried singleplayer, which was fine. After that, I tried another server with the same latency as SRP and I got 30 ping. On SRP I'm getting 200 ping average. I don't know whats going on, but if someone has had the same issue or could provide some insight to my problem that would be great.

Yep. I just put my laptop on wired internet rather than wireless since I was on 3rd floor and routers in the basement for some reason, connection fixed anyway
