Problem with every server I join

In every single server I join, (mainly focusing on S1/S3 atm) something like this happens (GOOC example): [OOC] <text>
and then in IC chat, it's like this: "<text>" no names, or anything. In the scoreboard, models & physdescs come up, but the IC names are not there. For example on the scoreboard: "[Model] <steamname> -... Connecting"

Now for OpenAura. (I'm sure some of you know that script) When I join an OpenAura server, I cannot do ANYTHING, absolutely nothing. I can't open chat (pressing y doesn't do anything) and trying to open the scoreboard/tab menu doesn't work aswell. The text in the upper right hand corner still shows up, but honestly, every server I join does this. It's extremely annoying and I need help so I can play.

Try deleting your local cfg & autoexec files, if that does not work just reinstall Gmod.

I have the same with OpenAura, I can use my console and escape menu, but as soon as I hit my Y key to type, my screen just messes up for a moment and then I can't do anything anymore.

Had this problem with my computer. My computer installed this update for protection and it messed up my keyboard only ingames. Try to find a restore point before this happened and see if that helps.

I've already done that, didn't do anything at all.
