Lesson learned: Whether or not you genuinely changed you will still have to wait a full year.
 
Why on earth would you think it would be okay to mug someone and disconnect right after? Even if you didn't know the rules, that's essentially disconnecting to avoid the consequences and RP to follow.

If a mug is breaking rules, why would even go through with the mug in the first place. Why did you give the items being mugged, if the mug was unfair?

You must read above... neither of them knew the mugging rules. He already gave the items back as well.
