Reason for ban: Avoiding RP by mingerunning and disconnecting.
Proof: Generally what happened was him being apprehended for banditry by me ('Kaya') and a few others. They raised their guns at him and at first he ran away without any RP. At the second attempt where he joined he "RPed" mingerunning away and when he was KOd, he just left. We were trying to retrieve a broken MP7 he took from a victim called Adam Phillip (incidentally by mingerunning away without paying anything and disconnecting). If it's possible, he should have the item refunded since he wasn't given a proper chance at reclaiming it.

I can attest that there have been problems with mingerunning/avoiding RP/disconnecting to avoid consequences with this player before. Enough that people should care.

One of the most recent cases that comes to mind is when he was reported and about to be searched by a unit and simply disconnected, because he had contraband. I remember sending up a /a at the time, but I don't think it was pursued.

I remember one incindent when he changed his character. Then changed back to Jacob Donningham but changed that characters name. He was banned by Helios for it. For 240 minutes with the reason "Nah"

I am the accused on this thread and I would like to say that it is true but its not what you think. My mom called me for my little sisters birthday party we where having at the time( I know bad timing) and I told her what was happening and she said i need to come say happy birthday.well I disconected for this (it was the second time) I also have pictures to prove the party happened and I will try to post them here. I am sorry for running without rping it but i will give the guy his gun back. when I get back on on wendsday central time at 5 pm.
