Alright I am not an idiot when it comes to IT but I really feel like one right now.

So I was just browsing around and minding my business, when suddenly I get a popup. it tries to load something with "w2.deal-connection-..." something like that. I remove the popup and keep on browsing. A minute later, I get another popup with something with Dailymail.

Now, what the fuck do I do? It doesn't matter what site I am on, it randomly pops up. I did critical (Smart/fast) scans with Ad-aware and Iobit Malware Fighter, nothing was found. I have no idea what this is nor why I get it as I use Chrome and I usually always get a warning about popups, in this case I don't.

Any ideas?

E: Currently also doing a full scan with my AVG, hoping something comes up..

I didn't know computers nowadays get pop up viruses.

Exactly my point. I've only downloaded pictures the last 24 hours so I have no idea where it even comes from. The weird part is the dailymail popup. It gets a 505 error but still, why would I get malware that opens the Dailymail...

Also, scan didn't find anything, and that was a full scan. What the fuck..

I had this problem and then I formatted my computer and now it is saved

Yeah not sure what to do.

Also kinda off-topic, but how do I "activate" memory? I just noticed it says I have 4GB, but I know that I have 6gb... Stupid computer..

unless your processor can handle over 4gb you can't even use them

^ AKA x86-64 compliant CPU (Anything above 2006 and Pentium/Athlon) and a 64-bit Operating system

You'll need to remove your windows and install any 64-bit system afterwards.
