PC Improvements?

Okay, so I am looking to improve my PC if needed.

I currently have the following products.

MotherBoard
Processor
Memory (Ram)
Memory (Ram) 2
3D Vision
Monitor
Graphics Card
Hard Drive 1
Power Supply - OCZ 750W Fatal1ty Series Modular Power Supply
Case - Antec Twelve Hundred 1200 Ultimate Gaming Full Tower Case - Black

Baring in mind I am limited on money.

Does your PC ever forcefully restart due to overheating? I have the exact same Ram and it happens to be frequently.

Swap your processor with one of these, or just duct tape it on the side of your monitor.

Gives you like 1000 more powers.

Nope, mines fine. I've never had an over heating problem.
Probably cos of my case? I dunno.
