Optimization Suggestions; Poor Framerate

I'm not entirely sure if its just because of the script, Gmod being Gmod, or whatever.. but specs below..

Even yet, I maintain sub 30 FPS.

Any suggestions on how I could improve this? Garrysmod was freshly re-installed before I jumped back onto the server. Running off of a 5400 RPM 1TB Western Digital Intellipower.

I will tweak around with my addons to see if that changes anything and update accordingly.

Turn off the HUD.

I'm pretty sure its because of the prop markers saying who spawned what like someone suggested forever ago

That 5400 RPM hard drive is dubious too

Regardless your game will still run like shit because it's an rp script running on gmod.

I have two sticks of 1600 mhz and two sticks of 1333 mhz. It's running at whatever is comfortable. (Speccy vastly misjudges this.)

Huge framerate rise with no HUD. Thank you!
