Are the any reasonable objections to one of my rebels being from pre-CCA Nova Prospekt so long as it is specified in my character description?(Unreasonable objection include things like being a dick/troll for no reason)If you have an objection,tell me,and tell me why said thing is a problem.

I doubt that'd be a thing considering Nova Prospekt before the Combine occupation was hinted to be a maximum security prison.
He probably would've been left in there and eventually transformed into some of the first COTA units or killed, imho.

Also - Old Nova Prospekt was 10-20 some years ago so you probably would need to be in your 30-40s. Depends on if it shut down for a time during the portal storms, until the advent of Combine Thumpers I somehow suspect it was shut down.

Would seem about right i'm pretty sure when the storms hit the place got fucking overrun and abandoned. That would explain alot of the abandoned sections of the prison that seem to have been rotting for a long time.
