Odd movement in Half Life 2.

I don't know what it is. But for some reason my movement is slow and when I jump its like space jumping. I don't know how to fix this nor why it happened. Heres the log when I start the save. From what I'm observing. I have a funky Config File or its says its the file is from /MOD/Save. I'm not sure but its game-breakingly bad. I can spacejump over obstacles you'd usually have to salve a puzzle for and always get shot because of the slow movement. Sure its fun for a while but I really want to know how to fix it.

One thing I noticed on my old desktop was that sometimes if I couldn't run a game well instead of becoming choppy it'd pull more of a slow-motion effect for me. That's check one.

Check two, try playing without the controller and see if that fixes anything.

Check three, try enabling sv_cheats 1, it says there's something going wrong there according to your console.

Oh I have perfect fps. Its actually Gordon moving slow and spacelike. Though thanks for the help. After I finish some work I'll tell you if it works. But my next question is I didn't even enable my controller or any of the above commands. They were just there. Im hoping its not like the problems CS1.6 has with config hacking fake servers. Because they can get agitating. Im surprised it wasn't fixxed yet but its mostly a third party thing.

Thanks for all the information. I wonder who it was though. I haven't tried the fix yet because I've been getting ready for Elder scrolls online (Hell yea I was accepted for BETA). Again I'll update if it works.

Bump, how can I permanently fix this slow hack? Its in my episodes too.

Bump.. Still no permanent fix to this problem. Temporary fixes work but I don't want to run a pooped up version of Hl2.

Works for now but. Whatever config I can't find is still mutilated by an angry administrator of some sort. Still looking for a solution for the root problem. Its manageable now but I still like to see an actual fix than a work around.

Final Bump, let this post rot in the depths of TacoNBanana's forums.
My final solution was a restart to factory condition option inside of this computer. (Thanks HP)
Anywho, I will be watching to see if anyone else comes up with the problem.
