Not being able to rotate camera in third person

We used to be able to click on the screen in third person to rotate our camera, now we can't.

This was a pretty cool feature, no clue why it's gone.

from what i heard it was removed because people were abusing it, somehow.

its because somehow the camera zooms out way too much, letting you see out of the map and getting an advantage on seeing other units.

I keep trying to use it and it's making me sad.

If someone was rping with me and they were behind me I'd occasionally rotate my camera around to look at them (see where they actually were etc so i dont have to keep looking around), it was really helpful in situations like those and it provided more benefits than it did the odd room for exploitation.
