Got a new Computer and Monitor for christmas. Plugged it all in, turned it on, and the Monitor flashed "No signal" before going into sleep mode(?).
I don't want to open it up because it'll forfeit the guarantee, not to mention the tech support isn't available until Jan 2nd.

Pls help.

1. Make sure you are using the dedicated video card and not the onboard one (If it has one ofc).
2. Plug your monitor cable in the other slots of the video card to see if any work.
3. Does it have an internal speaker? It means you /should/ hear a single 'beep' a few seconds after the computer is turned on.

Placed the VGA cable into the secondary port and it worked. Thanks Hellfang.

your power socket is dirty. use a wet towl and wring water into it until it smokes. lick to test connection.

use a fork or a paperclip if you're having trouble.

On another note, can anyone access the steam install page? It keeps saying its unavailable. :(

edit: oh wow as soon as i post this it works. fuck off

Steam guard isn't sending an email with the security code to my account, so it won't let me install steam.
help

it's because steam is clogged to shit atm, wait a few hours

srp is restricted to 15 fps by ts2

its a cool feature horsey implemented by using the novel development method of copy pasting code from facepunch.
