Hey folks, so recently I ordered a bunch of shit off Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Intel-Gener...gy/dp/B007RUZKK6/ref=pd_bxgy_computers_text_y and http://www.amazon.co.uk/ASRock-Z77-...1_fkmr0_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1356789847&sr=8-1-fkmr0 and http://www.amazon.co.uk/Zalman-Z9-Plus-Midi-Tower/dp/B004FPQL0E/ref=pd_sim_computers_11 and http://www.amazon.co.uk/Western-Dig...11?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1357048490&sr=1-11) so that I coulp upgrade my PC. So, removing the DVD Drive, the GPU (Asus GTX 560), the RAM (4x2GB DDR3) and the PSU (a 700W) from my old case, I had a relative of mine install that stuff into the new case along with the rest of the stuff. Things took a while, and we couldn't get the Temp Display + Fan Control to work because there wasn't a place for them to connect on the mobo, but other than that, everything worked fine (All fans were running, including the PSU, CPU and GPU stock fans) when we switched it on.

So, we decided to test the display, yet, when we plugged the VGA cord from the TV into the DVI-VGA adapter that my GPU requires, nothing showed up (No signal display). So, we switched it to the other DVI port on the GPU, same result. Then, we tried plugging it into the VGA port on the I/O plate to see if it was an issue with the GPU, but yet again there were no results. Then, we tried it on another monitor, did all the same stuff again, same results. So, is there anything that might be the cause/solution to this problem that you might know of?

should have bought an alienware like i told you...

I'll stick with my ASUS.

Seriously though- faulty hardware? Factories do have hiccups. Make sure everything is installed correctly too.

Check all of ze cables are in, and contact who you bought the items from. They can help.

I helped him through it. He fixed it by finding a loose cable (shock!).
