I recently upgraded my PC, decided to do a fresh install of Windows 7 but heres the thing. I keep my system and all my games ect on seperate HDDs, now that I have the fresh install my PC cant find any programs ect in add remove programs, its got something to do with the registry but is there any way I can fix this without cleaning out and reinstalling my games too?

It's got something to do with the partitioning of your hard drives, not sure what exactly. I'd check that first.

are you retard
he obviously wiped his registry so his pc doesnt know that there are things installed on his pc, aka you cant really fix it without adding registry entries for every single thing manually.

Save all your gcf files in a location like your desktop, then delete all your games. Re-add the GCF files to their old location and re download games. Enjoy your 3/4ths finished downloads.

that only applies to steam games but other programs require registry entries to be added still.

Most programs require registry entries in order to function, your best bet is to hope that they have a "repair" utility in their uninstaller/installer or looking up which registry entries the program uses and add them manually.

For steam games, you can simply put them in your steamapps/common or steamapps/*accountname* folder (depending on if they're valve games or not afaik) and then install them from your steam client. It will detect the files you already have and only download what you're missing.
