There's so many other ways you can wreck your computer just by installing the components, if you really think that a computer is a potential hazard simply because there's actual fluids running through it, you're talking out of your ass, or you're not very smart.

There's a palm mark on my face now. Liquid Cooling systems use a special Non-Conducting liquid that does the job right. Hell, if you look around well enough, you can find liquid cooling systems that you don't even have to top off.
