Models Missing

Out of nowhere some of my models went missing. I was told that it may be the steam-pipe or whatever. Anyhow I made sure all the half life games and stuff were set up for steam pipe beta and then verified the integrity of their game cache's, but the models are still missing. Has anyone else had this problem? The games are all mounted and I checked my garrysmod/garrysmod files to see if anything else was removed, doesn't seem so.

When you tried to run them was there a window that popped up asking you to convert them to the new format?

Also your garrysmod folder is now located in steamapps/common so be sure to move your models and materials from the old folder.
