Materials/vgui/entities/combinemortartool.vmt keeps downloading whenever I join HL2RP

Hey Guys and Gals.

Do you know where I could find this file it just pisses me off every time I join.
I have these games mounted:
HL2
HL2:EP1&2
CSS

I've also installed the workshop content hoping that it would fix this issue which it hasn't.
If one of you guys could find the file in your Gmod directory and send it to me then that would be awesome!
Or if you do know where I can find this file then just send me the link.

EDIT: Just got it! It's fixed!

Did you steampipe all those games?

Yeah. I think thats why I got a HTTP error when Downloading it.

Honestly, steampipe fixes most of these problems in my experience. Can't give any more ideas, apologies. Don't remember ever DLing a "combinemortartool.vmt" when I joined HL2RP.
