OPERATION NO RETURN | OPERATION FEEDING TIME
The world will never be the same. Communication networks built over decades are reduced to a twinkle in the night sky in an instant. Satellites fall from orbit as logistics and command networks break down. Every man for themself, every squadron an island.
On the other side of your island, a plane drops off the radar. A princess shot out of the clear blue sky. No word of any survivors.
The face of your nation killed.
A relic of the old world destroyed.
There's no return from this. This has been brewing, simmering for months. And now the waters have boiled over. You will see this through to the end.
You will see the rebels defeated.
You will see your nation restored.
Welcome to RR: Lighthouse, a random roleplay set in the fictional world of Ace Combat. This RR will focus on the events of Tyler Island in the later stages of the Lighthouse War. Players will be allowed a choice between two warring factions: The Erusean Conservatives, loyal to the Monarchy and Princess Rosa Cossette D’Elise, or The Erusean Radicals, led by young officers who had led the war effort against Osea since the start and intend to see it to completion.
Players will fight for control of Tyler Island as the Erusean Radicals prepare to use the island’s Mass Driver to resupply the Arsenal Bird, effectively prolonging the war indefinitely. Meanwhile; the Erusean Conservatives will attempt to destroy the same Mass Driver to prevent this resupply, as well as quell the Radical rebellion.
What will it be, Erusean? Will you stay loyal to the powers that were and fight for the way things were? Or will you throw all loyalties and oaths to the wayside and fight for a brand new world?
This RR will be run similar to the Vietnam RR back in the day, so be ready for large scale S2RP and epic action sequences.
