Leaving the Canals

So, I'm in the canals and I try to return to the city but there isn't a prop I can climb on! I've tried to ask for tooltrust but every time I do admins ignore me, half the time an admin isn't even on the Canals! Uggggh. It's annoying cause some times I'll walk all the way from the caves to the exit to the city for there to be no way up! And that trip is like ten minutes! Please fix this!!

What I do is climb up the little ladder, jump on the ledge on the right. Walk towards the pipes, cross the pipes, then jump on the other ledge. From there jump towards the bigger pipe and onto it, the city option should come up.
