Joining TRP?

At the end it was going to show the windows 7 error message, but instead it just froze there because fraps is retarded.
Anyone have a clue what the problem is?

Its not Windows 7, as I do get this same error on my XP Os. It happens now and then, and its mostly the server, and its fixed when the map is changed by an admin. Just keep trying or join later on.
