Issues with Ventrillo

I recently jumped onto the ventrillo and talked to someone named Draken, an admin. He said he didn't know much about setting up server-side accounts, and told me to log into t he server with the password ump45. Didn't work at ALL and I ended up in a room that was completely empty, I assume its because I just made one or something. Now when I try to connect to the server with 555, like I did before, it tells me That it can't authenticate my login. Can i get some help?

Try to change the password to ump45 again, if not just make a new account and say it didn't work I guess.

I had and still have this same problem. Got my new Vent account, Slerghie, authenticated and the pass they gave me led to a empty TnB room with no sub-channels or users except moi.

That means an admin did something wrong.

It was either Sid or Heidi since they both gave me the same password.

Sid may have done something to your account, or whoever tried to put your password on. Seeing Heidi has no vent powers.

My username is Yukondano2 on steam, the same on Ventrillo.

Okay, I can fix it, but Drakens or an RDA needs to delete your original logins and passwords.

Can I grab your login name - and Slergh's?

Last login names I have ahd in Vent are Slergh and Slerghie. Delete both and if possible, reinstate "Slergh" without "" ofc.
